a little bit more about me

I started my working life in TV & Commercials, but back in 2006, a long long time ago now… I took a step aside to do a course in Photojournalism at the LCC in London, before nipping off to New York to study Documentary Photography. Shortly after, I was asked to photograph a friend’s wedding in Ibiza. So, I did just that and I haven’t looked back.
“NATURAL & BEAUTIFUL
STORYTELLING
I have now documented more than 120 weddings over the last 12 years, captured countless events & festivals, photographed families and individuals, products and food and I love what I do – photographing moments as they happen, telling a story with clean and beautiful images. I can’t help but smile when I’m behind the camera, which is reflected in the photographs, recording the emotions, events, reactions and details throughout the day.
I live in Suffolk. but am very happy travelling all over the UK, Europe and Worldwide for Weddings and Events, big and small. I’m a recommended photographer at a few gorgeous venues including: The Grove Hotel in Hertfordshire, The Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk & The Brewery in London.
As well as Weddings & Events, I also specialise in Portrait Photography, ‘Day In The Life’ Documentary Family Photography, Reportage, Lifestyle and Branding Shoots. When it come to portrait work, I’m here to capture the best of you, your family and your life – so that the photos can remind you just how fabulous you are.
You can see some examples of this work in my portfolio pages and more information about the different fields I work in (not literally ‘fields’, even though I do now live in the middle of quite a lot of fields…)
So, please get in touch, so that I can stop telling you about me and I can start finding out all about you, your plans and how I might be able to help.

…photography is the art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place.
